How do you remove vomit from the tube leading from your nose to the back of your mouth? I'm sick.?

When I vomitted up my mexican dinner, part of it came up through my nose and now I can't figure how to clean it out. Sounds gross, but that reality. Someone please help!

You're not going to like this b/c it feels really unpleasant, but it should do the trick. Try snorting water (or salt water) through your nose. It works for a sinus infection with post nasal drip.no reason to think it wouldn't also work for this. Just cup your hand, fill with warm water, plug one nostril, and snort through the other. Hope you feel better!

It is stuck in your sinus cavity. One option is to snort water up your nose. It will fall back into your mouth.

I have been thinking about how to describe this.

Try plugging your nose, keep your mouth closed, and use your tongue on the roof of your mouth to create suction. Pretend you are sucking a straw really hard- it should pull it down. Then spit! Should be gross but will work.

Drink some water to help with the burning & flush the acid out- I am sure that hurts.

I know it sounds hard but. Snort some water. This will also help clear out your sineses. Salean nose drops(the one for kids works -it is called "little Noses") THat is the best way I know it sounds gross but I have had it happen to me and it is something that just happens. dont blow your nose thill you get it down you. It could cause it to go up more.

PS. I had very bad morning sickness for 4 pregnencys, Avoid hamberger, it HURTS comming up,Chocolet is bitter if it comes up. Avoid NE thing Acidy it will BURNNNN! I know it sounds horribul but I am glad I figured out what not to eat befor I got sick again!!

That is a miserable feeling. The things already mentioned here should work for you. If they don't, then you need to get some saline nasal spray from the pharmacy. It has the same principle as the salt water, but the spray action will help to get it up into the sinus cavity.
