Poor you! I used to have PMS every month. Anyway try to get a massage a couple of days before your period. Try to get light exercises throughout the month (this helps but I rarely practice this part), drink dong quai and st. john's wort, calcium, multivitamins specially two weeks before your period. Basically it's all about taking care of yourself more before that time of the month. Don't forget to learn to lower your stress level.
