It's actualy sort of a myth that particular foods cause pimples - it is hormones. Food doesn't cause it, so you can eat what you want: http://ask.yahoo.com/ask/20050412.html

Other Answers:
Oily or greasy foods and chocolate

The only real answer is that you need to cut down on the sugar and the fried oily foods. But it wouldn't hurt to make sure you scrub your face every day and try to get some sun because the sun will help get rid of the zits.

gett some skin cleaner and it wikll take care of them

It is a myth that it is only a myth about certain foods not causing pimples. If I eat chocolate or too much sauce, I get pimples. The end.

food does not cause really cause zits. But greasy foods do contrbute to the apperence of an oily face.

I wouldn't worry so much about food causing zits. How you take care of your skin directly is more important, but still, common sense, more nutritious foods, less junk.
So. first of all, forget sun. The sun is your skin's worst enemy.
How bad are your zits? Are they blackheads, or are they imflamed pustules? Or something in between?
Basically, cleanse well, exfoliate regularly and sensibly, oil-free moisturizer, avoid comedogenic makeup, and SUNSCREEN.

well i have the same problem so i visited a doctor.she said what zits' got nothing to do with what we eat-even salty and oily food and snacks or chocolate are not the reason.yet, she said "if you think it's because you ate carrots the other day, then don't eat carrots.." so pay attention to what you eat and have zits afterwards..
