The best effective way to remove old scars or new ones is to have a laser surgery. Theryre expensive thou and in most cases you will have to have 2-3 applications of the surgery to completly remove the scar.
You can also by a cream thats made to fade scars. Most of them work and are inexpensive. My mom used this cream by avon to get rid of some dark spots on her face and the spots faded some within 3 weeks. Its by avon and its called 'Banishing Cream Skin Discoloration Lightener'.

Keep on mosturizing it every chance you get that way your skin becomes more rescilient (bouncy) and can make a scar look smaller, it is not removable but try those with vitamin E. Any of the creams for scars or strech marks may do the trick. And dont forget to put sunblock on it (and all of your body) every day!
Plamer's Cocoa Butter, especially the one for pregnant woman. It wont get rid of the scars, but it will make it lighter. If you really want to get rid of it, laser baby!
