Anyone had penis enlargement surgery. I am 6 3/4" when erect but would love to be able to say I am 7", or more! Also wouldn't mind increasing the thickness. Heard there are risks? I am very functional now and adequate size so wouldn't want to do anything stupid !! But if it really works, and the risks are very low, it might be worth it. Also, there are lots of supplements but I am very skeptical about those ! I would really like to hear from men (or their partners) that have had the surgery and have had either positive or negative results.

size isn't everything! small can be beautiful! I am female and I know i can be satisfied by a smaller than average penis. its not how much you have but what you can do with it. I'll give you lessons if you like!!

At 6.75", that can be rounded off to the nearest whole number, being 7" So you could say you were 7" and unless some girl (or guy)has a tape measure handy, would they really be able to tell that you were 1/4" too short of the size you were stating? Besides, Size doesn't really matter, it's what (or who) you do with it that counts.

There really is no such thing as penis enlargement surgery. If i am mistaken please post a link of some sort. There are ways of implanting teflon beads in the penis to make it larger but this also makes it bumpier and leaves scars. It is possible to stretch the penis just like any other tissue but it takes a lot of work and dedication. At best you can average 1/2" a year by hanging weights and vacuum pumping daily. The only way i know of enlarging the penis by plastic surgery is by cutting off the old one and putting a flesh balloon in place of it.

You don't have to have the surgery to say that you are 7" or more. Just say it, I highly doubt that someone will actually get a ruler out and measure your dick.

Risks? How about permanent untreatable impotence, thats a massive risk, dont do it.

Natural methods like pumps, pills, weights only have small, temporary gains. Dont waste your money.
