One: Get rid of all refined suger in your diet. ALL OF IT! That means checking labels of EVERYTHING you consume. and lower your carbohydrate intake as well.
Two: Get on a vitamin/supplement regime specifically for your symptoms. You can check the specifics you need by looking online or with a naturopath, etc. Even the folks at a REAL health food store can tell you what you need.
It's about balancing the chemicals in your brain that your body is not able to do on it's own right now. Blood sugar level play a HUGE part in this behavior disorder. so check out what I said to do. and you'll see a GIGANTIC difference within two weeks. ;o)

The best ADHD test is this. Give the kid a playstation 2 or x box 360 and if they sit in front of the TV for 2 hours they do not have ADHD.
