what kinds of foods have fiber in them?

specific plz? not general like fruits and veggies
i heard lots of fiber is good so what kinds of foods have the most??

i eat alot of fiber like apples with the skin on(really good ones are not red or green their in the middle and their called fuji) and oatmeal, and i know this sounds wierd but i think coffee has a sort of "fiber" affect on the body if you know what i mean : ) hope that helps

oranges and other citrus fruits have a lot of fiber.
