Hi there is a cream which you can put on daily i thinkk the scar must be at least 1yr old. I know that boots stock it. It claims to reduce scaring. Also important to keep the scar out of the sun.

Retin a cream or any product containing Retinol can help the appearance of scars. Also it's good for reducing wrinkles. Puritan's Pride has a good Retinol cream.
