Where do birth marks come from?

Question:

I understand they are marks that we are born with but what causes them? Why are some very big and dark on some and others are little faint marks on others?

Answers:
As a Metaphysical practitioner , usually birth marks are a result of exit from your past life

For example if you killed in a auto accident and your face was smashed on the right side , you may have a birth mark there now.
