I quit smoking 26 days ago and have gained 10 lbs. I eat healthy and exercise 5 days per week. Is this normal?

stop excercising or reduce it. seriously. more you do sports, more you want to eat. it happend to me. i lost weight since i stopped working out. at least give it a try, maybe your body reacts differently.

Yes a lot of people see weight gain when they quit smoking because they tend to snake more to replace the craving of cigs.
Eating healthy is good, you also want to eat regularly. Starving yourself all day then eating something even if it is healthy can lower your metabolism because your body thinks you are starving so it retains the fat. Drink plenty of water, keep exercising and again eating daily regular meals is a good way to keep the metabolism up!
Eat several smaller, healthy meals throughout the day. Quitting smoking does make you gain weight, but you should be proud of yourself, the end result is worth it.
Right now, I wouldn't worry about it. Just continue to eat healthy and continue woth your current exercise program. Quitting smoking is hard to do. Concentrate on that. Most people lapse because they try to do too much at one time. They try to quit smoking, lose weight, and get in shape all at the same time. This makes it 3 times harder to do any of those things. If you fail at one, it usually causes you to fail at all three.
26 days without smoking is GREAT! But, give a couple more months to really get over any cravings you may have left, then start attacking the weight gain. There is no rule that says you have to all this at once, so just take it one step at a time.
Getting heavy is better than smoking so keep up the good work. The fact you quite smoking does not make you gain weight, maybe you are not paying attention to what you are snacking on. None of use know what you do for exercise nor do we know what goes into your diet or how fast/slow your motabolism is so it is difficult to answer.
I heard that strawberries have an enzyme in them that clean out your lungs (Maybe one of the dietitions out there could comment on that) so try them for a good snack.
