Yes I have it(since 1994), there are many sites available, just type Fibromyalgia into your search box, and check them out.

I am not an md but here is what i know ( my husband was checked for it a couple years ago )

It mainly afflicts women; used to be not recognized by the medical community as something "real"

symptoms include: fatique, muscle soreness, depression

It is often diagnosed by Pain and tenderness at 11 or more of 18 specific tender points
