What is a Natural Cure for Type II Diabetes?

I have a friend who has Diabetes and would like to use Altrnative Medicine to cure his disease. Can you suggest a Natural Cure?

There is no cure but I can help you increase the lenght and quality of your life. You will need two things to greatly enhance your life and retard the progress of the Diabetes. The two main problems with diabetes are circulation and nutrient absorbtion. For the circulation I highly recomend grape seed extract. It can increase the strenght of the circulatory system by up to 300%. Second is a good multivitamin that can get the nutrition to your cells and there is only one vitamin (because it is patened) that can do this with over 95% absobtion, and that is Melaleuca vitamins. Plus the grape seed extract they offer is up to six times more potent than any other grape seed extract (also patened), it is calles Provex CV. Last is a product you may not need now but as your circlatory system slows down with diabetes infection and injuries to the extremities will be much harder to heal and a diabetics best friend for that is tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternafolia oil). This oil can reverse diabetic gangrene and is the best antibacterial you can use. My son had a MRSA infection after a recent surgery (long story) and after 3+ months of fighting the infection the oil is the only thing that in the end got rid of it. Well, there may not be an actual CURE, but under his doctor's supervision he may be able to reduce or avoid the need for medication by carefully controlling his diet and getting back to a normal weight and maintaining it with regular activity.

There are a number of herbs (cinnamon, especially) and nutrients (chromium picolinate, especially) that help SOME PEOPLE but nothing is going to help much if he's not willing to manage his condition through diet and exercise.

I would say that a natural cure for diabetes is when someone is very percise in having a perfect diet. Eating all the right food's deffiately lowers diabetic glucose level's, and sometime when eating the right food's for a long period of time, I was told eventually your body gets accustume and can eliminate diabeties.
