I don't know, but I sure hope you don't get anally raped in prison when you get thrown in for rape and murder. It would probably be even more uncomfortable for you if you were in fear for your life the whole time, too. Imagine some guy dragging you off in a ditch and shoving his member up your rectum, ripping the soft tissue further with each thrust as he tells you that he's going to kill you when he's done with you, then beating you to near death and leaving behind a trail of semen when he's done.

Still think you'd just want him to get a slap on the hand after that?

rape is underrated. rap affects the victim for the rest of their life. they have to pay therapists thousands of dollars just to find the will to get up in the morning and carry on. it affects the victim's family who stands by helplessly while their family member falls apart. meanwhile the criminal gets a couple years in jail, 3 meals a day, free therapy and free lessons for skills. how is that justice?

Absolutely not. I don't share your point at all and I think you're letting yourself in for a hell of a lot of abuse by posting a question as brainless as that here.

I'm sure most women who have been raped would rather have been beaten half to death if given the choice. How would you like to be gay raped mate? Don't you think that would be worse than taking a beating? I certainly know which I would choose.

Yeah, I hear ya. I think pretty much all violent crime should be punished pretty harshly. I think the way you worded your question got some of the others emotional. Poor choice of words, but I agree with what I think your point was.
