Dont lose anything, I wish I had your stats! You must look great.

Sapphyre

not much!

Maybe nothing -- your weight might be healthy and proportional for your height if you have good muscle tone and a reasonable body fat level. Don't blindly follow the height/weight charts, and definitely please don't judge yourself by fashion standards (that's a good way to make yourself sick, both mentally and physically!).

To figure out your ideal weight, see a certified personal trainer and have your body composition measured. If your body fat composition is too high, then work with a trainer and a nutritionist to change your eating and exercise habits slowly and gradually so that you can shape up in a healthy way. Good luck, and congrats on investing in your health and well-being. You are worth it, and you deserve to take good care of your self!

me personally id lose like 50.

idk .do as much as you can

..NONE ...
TRY TONING UP AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT. YOU SOUND NORMAL TO ME.

50 i like skinny girls

I don't know if you should lose any. That sounds about right. If you are flabby, why not try toning up a bit. If I were you, I would not diet, just exersize. We all need to exersize for health anyway, and you should never have a weight problem.

i think ur fine. no need to lose any

Well that depends on your frame ( i.e small boned/ large boned) and whether your weight is fat or muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and also helps burn calories.

I used your stats below at the sire listed below and your weight falls right within the normal range. Your body mass index is 23.9

" Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women"

One is never too young to be aware of weight, but please make sure you don't become obsessed. This could lead to eating disorders. Anorexia or bulimia isn't attractive (to say the least) and can lead to extremely serious health problems that are often fatal or irreversible. Being fit on the other hand is attractive and healthy. But again, you don't want to overdo it. Moderation is the key. Eat healthy foods because bad food habits are hard to break. I know this from experience. I am 51 and after beating cancer 5 years ago, I have just been diagnosed with serious heart disease. There were many other contributing factors (like chemo and heredity) but my steady diet of candy and chips didn't help. AND IT'S REALLY HARD TO GIVE UP THE SALT! LOL.

I realize at 15, 51 may seem old, but it really isn't. I used to be a swimmer and high diver. I was never really overweight, but I wasn't eating right. Fast food is a big problem. Now it is hard to even walk. hopefully by the end I the summer, after I have had some time to rebuild my strength AND WATCH MY DIET, I will get better. I tell you this only as a cautionary tale. Being 51 and looking back at 15 is a lot shorter view than being 15 and looking at 51, if you get my meaning.

Best wishes to you.

You do not need to lose any weight u are the perfect weight for ur size.

People are going to tell you that's fine and normal, but you must not think so if you asked the question. If you're not happy that's what matters. If you are unhappy with your weight, change it. At 5'9'' I would say shoot for around the low 130s.

If you feel good about yourself then dont worry honestly though you sound fine You are a good weight Remember though It isnt about what you look like you could be hot and be a tatal j**k. Just worry about who you are on the inside then you will be set. Good Luck

I'm 5'9". I'd have to lose an arm and a leg to get down to 160. (Excuse me while I finish my hot fudge sundae)

None.

Be happy with the way you are. Don't let ANYONE tell you that you need to lose weight. If they do, they aren't your true friends.

Consider staying the way that you are versus having CANCER. Makes your situation sound pretty lame, huh.
There ARE more things to worry about.
Move forward with your life; you are a stud now--keep it going!
Keep your head up high.enjoy the sun rays! Be happy.

Honestly, its better you consult a specialist to find out what's best for you. I really want to help but I don't think I can give better answers than specialist do. Sorry.

good luck
