Eat healthy and exercise. Burn more calories than you take in. Which may start by getting off the computer. Don't think you burn too many calories by typing, sorry..

"Balanced nutrition is the key to Body-for-LIFE

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day.

Make small changes daily to up your activity level, including parking farther away from your destination or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week. Make sure to hit your "high points" during your workout."

I am a fitness trainer, my students do their workout for at least 3hours/week, I do not charge them on giving advice except the first few classes (I run and weight train with them).

Try this: Go crazy at lunch. I actually lost ten pounds in a month by eating garlic bread, and pizza with a glass of water every day at a little italian restaraunt. Not that that food is super healthy.but the fact that i ate lots of carbs at around noon time helped. Because I had alot of energy to burn and was more willing to do stuff and workout and crap. Plus, it kept me full, so around dinner time i didn't overeat, and I was more willing to have something healthy.
