There's a lot of ways to answer this.
You can be overweight (to a certain degree) and still be relatively healthy.
You can be fat as anything and still be happy with what you are.
Society, however, doesn't like fat people, even though the majority of people are fat. It's an awful paradox.

Well., it is alright to be fat if you exercise three times a week. They found that a person who is overweight if they exercise three times a week has less of a chance of getting stroke.., heart attacks etc., then a slim person who doesn't exercise., but if you don't exercise., you do have a greater chance of getting sick as you age.
