I have not had an abortion, but had a friend who tried EVERYTHING to have a child, procedures, adoption anything she could and could not conceive! I killed her when a co-worker had an abortion with twins cuz she didn't want them! Why do you have to kill the baby because it is inconvenient for you? You could give it to someone else! If you don't want kids in your future, don't have sex! or at least protect yourself! If you used protection and you still get pregnant, it happened for a reason!! Do you feel guilty now?

my mate had an abortion last october and she isnt in a very good way now. everything went ok with the surgery but she has found it hard to cope with and needs to attend counselling and stuff.
id really push you to think twice about an abortion if your going for one, its a child from the moment of conception. my friend was lucky, her tests came back to say she can have children in the future. my sister cant now. not after hers.

Sometimes the regret does not come from the fact that you terminated a pregnancy that you could not take care of. Sometimes the regret is about putting yourself in that position in the first place. It is a woman's choice, and I think that most women make that choice because it is the right thing to do at the time, but later on, when they look back, some women just wish they had not had to make the choice to begin with.
My best friend had one last year. I think she regretted it around the time she would have given birth, but I think she thinks it was the best decision in the long run. I personally would never have one though, I think its wrong, but every woman has the right to make her own decision.
