Cut back on the sugars you are consuming, drink water to help flush out toxins and waste in your body. This is a start but to really shed the pounds exercise,diet and working out is the only way. Trust me I used to be fat a few years ago and tried every suppliment and diet out there. A couple years in the gym and good nutrition, i'm now built and have no fat.

I went through the same thing you did, I didn't get skinny till about a year ago (I'll be 16 in six months)
I have to say, yes eat healthier and cut sugars.
Now as far as excercise goes, one of the most important, is motivation. Make sure you have someone who will go with you to encourage you when you feel like giving up.
As far as diesting, don't eat many things with a shelf life. ONLY frsh fruit/vegetable and meat. Make sure to eat plenty, of the right things. An make sure you have support from people.

P.s. if you have a field or track somewhere near you, go for a run and time your self, keep running everyday-every other day and keep records. It helps boost esteem to see improvements. And listen to your body if you'e been running and your body says don't make me run then don't it makes it seem harder and your likely to give up.
