Other forms for migraine headaches?

Question:
besides Excedrin or other OTC medications. Or presribed. Looking for homeopathic remedies. Massages do not work. I have tried pressure points and YES I have been to the doctor about these.

Answers:
As far as homeopathic/natural things go-- I found that feverfew tea (or now I think they have tablets) was a natural ingredient that helped migraines. I didn't like the tea, so this one didn't work that great for me.

What really helped me, was to up my intake of B vitamins/niacin. That did help me prevent/get ride of a significant number of migraines.

Good luck-- I know they are pretty miserable.

Good 'ol Tylenol still works for me.usually.

I'm 82 years old and have helped get rid of many migraine headaches over the years. I'm sorry it didn't work for you but I use pressure points below the base of the skull in the back of the head. I do also message the entire scalp.
Hope you find a cure. I know they are painful.

It is funny but we got rid of the toxic cleaners and personal care products in our home and my wife has been migraine free since.
