I am 19 years and my weight is 54. would it be better to keep going on body building?

i have been trying this thing for 2 years or more.will it be better to continue it?

Let me get this striaght. You say you are 19 years old and weight only 54 pounds?

My 9 year old is a very slim boy and HE weighs 60 pounds and is about 4 feet 7 inches.

I suggest you get to a doctor and get checked out for nutritional deficits and then a nutritionist about the correct way to manage your weight and THEN worry about weight lifting.

Weight lifting requires higher than normal levels of protein intake, and at you weight, there is NO WAY you could be taking in enough to maintain health much less build muscle.

Stop!! I am 11 years old, and I weigh 77 lbs. Now that is just plain creepy, my sister is twelve and she weighs 105. Start eating a balanced meal, please.
