every night before you take a shower or what not you just do push ups. start with like 5 or whatever then get up to like 30 or 40. after that when those get easy, do a push up where you push yourself up and clap in the air. and to get a six pack or tight stomach just do crunches. also sit on your butt with your legs in the air and turn your shoulders and touch the ground on each side. i do this. i am a 14 year old girl and people are impressed with the fact that i have muscles

yes all that will do but when puberty hits you will get some natural muscle. You should stay away from supplements until you are 17 or so to let your body develop on its own with out artificial chemicals, then afterwards you can use creatine half an hour after your wortkout. Some say it rocks som (my doctor) says its useless but wont hurt you,

Lift weights. Remember less weight, more reps, tones. More weight, fewer reps builds mussle mass.
Stay away from Junk food and stay active. To tell you a little secrete i'm not 19 like what my profile says and i'm in pretty good shape. But don't start lifting though. It might stunt your growth.
Try eating foods that are high in protein, protein supplements, and protein bars are all good choices. You can also lift some light weights, but only in moderation, and nothing to heavy. Lots of repetitions are best. At your age heavy weights can cause problems, stick with lighter weights and lots of repetitions.
get in there and pump some iron
just keep fit until your testosterone levels go up at about sixteen years of age. Then you can start to do weights make sure you see a personal trainer to learn the technique and get a beginners program. Good luck.Oh you need testosterone to increase muscle, just be patient.
