if you want to lose weight you really want to lose it thats a good start for motivation. buy a pair of skinny jeans that you would like to fit and be reasonalbe one that will actually fit one day so you then have a goal to get that great body into those sexy jeans

look at skinny runway models or the vitoria secret catalogs, they always made me feel bad for having a bit of fat in my thighs and belly. lol
Get in a hot tub with some skinny friends.that motivated the hell outa me! Seriously, I train and hate it, but the weight I've lost and the evening in the hot tub make me keep going. GOOD LUCK!!
Just don't give up, I know it's easier said than done but that is the main ticket to this ride and you just need to keep telling yourself that. Hang in there you sexy babe you. That was a little incentive for you.
Set a goal and a reward for achieving it. For example, a goal to lose 10 lbs in the next 6 weeks. The reward could be something you really want. A new outfit or perhaps a day at the spa to pamper yourself for your success.
The motivation is being healthy and fit. If you are healthy and fit you can enjoy more of your activities..especially physical activities. You will also feel confident about yourself (raise self-esteem) and live longer.
Start slowly but doing low impact exercises like stationary bike or walking.as it becomes easier..increase resistance or activity..like take up stairstepping or rowing. Don't compare yourself to others at gym..just set smaller goals for weight loss..eventually your small weight loss goals will become a big overall weight loss..and you will feel it believe me! For your sake, don't look to runway models as inspiration!! I would go down to the health department to consult a nutritionist, check out different excercise programs and try to stick w/it. The hardest part of loosing weight is getting started. Best of luck to you!

Get a smaller size outfit that you really love and really want to fir into. Hang in a place you will frequently see it and be reminded of your goals. Take a picture of it and carry it with you when you go out to eat.
Something else to motivate you is the desire to be healthy. Being over carries the risk of diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, stroke, heart attack, esp. if your family member's have any of these conditions. Your heart has to work alot harder to supply your tissues with the nutrients needed to survive. Think about the things you are missing out on because of your size and the things you will miss out on when you get sick because of your weight.
hunnie im the same im 22 and 5 ft and im 12 stone my bmi now is 34 i was a 36 bmi i go to the gym run around after my kids walkin is good cut out fizzy pop cut down on choccy ( dont miss out on it tho). when you go to the gym do the bikes for 5 mins then steppers 5 mins tredmil five mins all the wights at the lowest level 3 lots of 10 (ie 10 sit ups rest 10 sit ups rest 10 sit ups rest) do this for 6 weeks then up the wieghts by one.. most ov us are the same if i can do it so can you the only downfall is if youve got no motivationpuss your self ..( but not to much, slow and steady wins the race
True motivation comes from within. The only way that you will do this is if you want to. AND, the best why to want to do it is to do it for a reason.
For example: I want to fit into that dress or I want to prove to everyone that I can. Something like that.
Look for the reason that will truely motivate yourself. And reward yourself for the small steps of success. Treat yourself right and be positive.
I KNOW you can do this, not you have to believe it too!
