whats the best way to loose weight after having a baby?

Question:
Just had my 2nd baby girl 9 weeks ago and want to loose the flabby tummy as well as the rest of the weight ive gained throughout pregnancy. I dont really have the time or money to go to the gym and just want some starting points to do at home when i get the time to.

Answers:
My first son, I lost the weight easily.with my second son it was harder. I cut my portion sizes down a little, drank alot more water, and did alot of walking (cause that was easiest for me.just put the kids in the stroller and go). It give you time with your kids and it's the best to get back to pre-baby weight. You can try sit ups in the evening before you go to bed to tighten your tummy. I did alot of this and was back in my old jeans before my son turned 9 months old. It's not fast, but you do see results after a few months. I didn't have the time to keep a regular workout.

i'm still trying to figure that one out it's been 10 months!

It's lose not loose.

I say give it time it gets back to the real you.

breast feed and take walks everyday around the neighborhood with the baby in a carrier or carriage.

breast feeding requires so many extra calories to be produced for the baby that the weight practically melts off of you.

when you start feeling better you can also start doing some sit ups along with some yoga and pilates to tone up your body.

Eat healthy, and breast feed . The weight will come right off. (but the skin won't tighten back up unless you exercise a little even 20 min a day. Water will help that to. keeps the skins elasticity.

breast feed (that burns a lot of calorise).exercise.eat right.drink a lot of water!

Just plain old Diet and Exercise, It's not always easy but make a commitment to yourself and follow through. You can and will do it.
I have heard the South Beach diet book has a good plan.
