Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

I don't think it is healthy to look for a quick diet fix. I would try to get some Yoga or Pilates DVDs. They are great exercise. Also, use an exercise ball. I use it all the time!

I don't think quickest&dramatic results are effective.
Because you know,In last two years ,I wanted to reduce weight!
At the very beginning,quickest&dramatic results has given me surprise. But soon I put on weight again.
Now I have reduced 10kg.
Because I choose the proper diet.
I exercise everyday.

There is no healthy, safe way to loose 100lbs quickly. Talk to your doctor before you chose a diet because that is a lot of weight. Eating right is important, you may not have to eat less as long as you eat right and exercise. Jogging around the block is defiantly not for everyone. I hate jogging where everyone can see me sweat. Maybe you should try martial arts, it's fun and will get you in shape, plus you can work at your own pace. Also, make sure you work out your muscles, that is often forgotten, but it is important in weight loss. For every pound of muscle, you burn 30 more calories a day. Weight loss isnt all about cardio.
Here are some really good foods to eat for weight loss:
-23 almonds per day (one ounce with approx 160 calories)
-1 egg per day (unless you have high cholesterol, then talk to your doctor first)
-25g of of whole soy protien per day (unless you have a thiroid disorder)
-1 or 2 apples a day (Red Delicious, Courtland and Northern Spy are some of the best kinds)
-At least 1/2 a cup of berries a day (about 30 calories)
-3 servings of leafy greens per day (spinach, lettus ect.)
-1-3 cups per day of low-fat or fat-free yogurt (make sure its unsweetened, and people who are lactose intolerant can generally handle yogurt, and its a great source of calcium)
-At least 1 cup of low-calorie, low-sodium vegetable soup per day
-Two four-ounce servings of salmon per week (wild salmon is better than farm raised, and if you dont like fish, you can get omega-3's from flaxseed which can be put on cereal, or walnuts)
-1/2 cup of quinoa per day (which is 1/3 of your whole grain requirements, sold in health food stores)

This is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly with very little exercise. I still ride the Elliptical Trainer 4 times a week. It is teh Best overall work-out. I have lost 33 lbs. so far. I agree about the quick diets. You need to find something that works for you. I am in shape, but use the Biggest Loser DVD, with Bob to workout to on rainy days. There are different levels. the important thing is be careful what you eat too. It is fun and each segment is about 20 minutes.
