There are many and some are better than others depending upon what your illness is and what treatment you require. It's probably a good idea to check with your doctor, since you can't just checck yourself in anyway, as well as your insurance company to see what benefits they will provide. Inpatient treatment is very expensive, but if necessary, its priceless! GOOD LUCK!
Some of hte better known ones include McLean Hospital in Mass, Brattleboro Retreat in Vermont, Butler Hospital in RI and Bradley Hospital for people who are younger than 18 or so. Right now, I have read where it is increasingly difficult to find beds for all the people who need inpatient care,especially kids. I wish you the best.

I would think the easiest and least stressful thing for you or your doctor to do would be to contact the Benefits Coordination department with your insurance company. They should be able to supply a list of hospitals in the area where they are participating providers.
