Answers:
Since most diet pills are unnatural, they unnaturally boost your metabolism or prevent fat absorption from within. Unless you plan on taking diet pills for the rest of your life, it could end up a disaster once you achieve your ideal weight. Your body may become dependent on these pills and go coo coo after you stop taking them, causing you to gain more than you loss. It just contributes to the yo-yo dieting routine. If you follow the daily food pyramid you shouldn't have to pop in any pills except daily vitamin supplements or a Tylenol or two for the minor soreness you get from just starting to work out. Good luck.
