Generally, one's first sexual experiences (even bad ones) shape what one finds sexy.

The worst thing someone who has been sexually abused can do is feel guilty about their sexuality. If a person likes to fantasize about being raped, it's okay.

To the best of my knowledge, there's no correlation between being sexually abused and finding child molestation arousing.

In fact, a recent report on NPR (http://www.opb.org) announced that almost every person who has been a child molester, has been sexually abused. HOWEVER, just because you were sexually abused does NOT mean that you're a child molester.

If you or someone you know is or has been a victim or perpetrator of a sexual crime, please seek out a local counseling agency. There is no need to prosecute the perpetrator, if you don't want to, but you or the other person should get help. Churches are also good resources, even if you're not of a religious bent.

i was sexualy abused when i was a child but i dont think rape is a turn on though.in cases of sexual abuse a survivor enters into abusive relationships.whether they are the victim or the abuser,they tend to follow the pattern that resembles the original abuse.his or her chosen partner may resemble the perpetrater physicaly or in some other way.or he might find a person who resembles himself and tend to treat that person as they were treated

I agree with that other person. That does not sound true. It sure is a sad thing though! People who can't have children would take great care of them and a person who can have children may abuse or even kill them!
