What Would you Recommend?


I am 21 5'4 and 137 pounds i would like to lose 20 of those pounds. And I recently went vegetarian. Please let me know of suggestion on working out or getting active, considering I dont like to work out. Where should I begin?

Answers:
First of all, be realistic with your weight loss goals- I don't think you need to lose as much as you think you do! Ok, that said, start with some activity that you will enjoy- walking is the easiest way to get started for most folks. Swimming is another great one if you have access to a pool. Be careful with the vegetarian diet- cheese is often in many vegetarian dishes, and can add a lot of excess calories and fat. Good Luck!
