why do you see little moving things that appear to be moving like bacteria whenever I look at the sun/ a lamp.
Question:
Answers:
They are the remains of tiny blood vessels in the eye from the time of infancy. As a young child develops, there are many blood vessels that support brain development- like scaffolding around a construction project. The difference is that when the body finishes developing, it doesn't get rid of those vessels. They just kind of break apart creating those clear "amoeba-esque" "Tinker-Toy" looking things we see against light backdrops.
I hope that answered your question.

The little squiggly things you see are dust in the fluid on your eyeballs.
Lol, I thought I was the only person who saw that!! Awesome ! Other people I asked thought I was just nuts.. I don't know the science, but I'm sure someone will. Good question! We're NORMAL !!
These are harmless debris floating in the fluid called 'Aqueous humor' in the eyeballs. These are commonly called "Floaters". Majority of people have them in their eyes.
I see little iredecent circles. Is this what you are talking about? They seem to move too. Kinda just float around.
i thought it was our blood vessels as our eyes are adjusting to the light change. Our eyes take seconds to adjust from dark to light but 30 min from light to dark.
WOW. your kids are really smart. I noticed I have them and they always seemed to appear at the same spot. Never moves, even more constant than stars in the sky. But I have never asked anybody about it.
DUST in the air!!
No, it's call high blood pressure or you turn your head to fast.
Good luck
You back in the day when they had those shades with the mirrors on the inside of the shades so you can see behind you, well that is what this effect is in your eye and those things in your eye WELL I do not remember all what the doctor had told me before when I asked him that same question long ago. I hope this much has helped a little bit.
