If you are talking about for your hair, I suggest you don't. I have very thick hair and I used them for a little while, it caused my hair to grow in thicker than before not to mention a lot of uneveness. I ended up getting my hair professionally thinned out.

well if you arent a professional i dont suggest it but you are going to anyways so at least i should tell you dont cut the top of you hair if you were to put it up in a pony and dont cut the underneath u will have hair sticking out everywhere you should take med size partings and only cut the ends to the middle of the hair not close to the root or you will have hairs sticking strait up
