Question:
am a male (22 years old,A1 +) and my fiance's blood group is O negative and she's (20 years old).. we are physically health and we don have any genetic disorder.

Answers:
no.I don't think there is a problem. If I remember correctly, type O is recessive.so.if you have kids, chances are they will have type A.
If you are really worried.ask a doctor.

What i know is if your lady get pregnant The doctor should know about your both blood group and then your lady will have a special injection in the delivery day and then No problem at all

No problem at all.. ..but..

..The only possible prob you could have is if you guys have a child that has a positive rhesus factor (rhesus factor is the positive and negative factor concerning blood type). In some cases, when the first child is born, the mother's immune systen is exposed to the fetus' blood and, consequently, the positive rhesus factor. The negative mother can possibly build an immune response (basically, her immune system develops the capacity to make antibodies against the positive rhesus factor) to a second child that has a positive rhesus factor and the mother's immune system can attack the fetal blood ultimlately causing the fetal blood to coagulate and misscariage to occur.

You can be comforted to know that less than 1% of births show such incompatability and typically physicians can apply medications to inhibit the mothers immune system from attacking the fetus.

hope that helps!
