I gave you a more detailed answer in your other question. I will answer your running question now. Start out by running 20 minutes 2-3 times a week and try to advance it by 10 minutes every week or 2. When you reach an hour then try to run farther and faster starting at 20 minutes and work up to an hour again. Then just do time progressions.
