is 40kg healthy for men?

Question:
having the weight of 40kgs, is that healthy for men?

Answers:
This would mean a man would have a weight of 88 pounds, so unless he is 60 in. or 147 cm. tall, then he would be underweight. If he is tall, then I would suspect malnutrition or a chronic health problem such as HIV+. If that is the case, I would hope that the man would get treatment, and recover his healthy weight, in addition to increasing his chances of survival.

Other Answers:
40kgs is not a healthy weight for men or women, unless you're a dwarf. If you weigh 40kg and are of average height or taller, then you can be considered extremely underweight if not anorexic.

Just keep food and vitamines in you system rest and exercise Good Luck

There is no particular test at all. Actually we guys are made to be healthy, so whatever is right for us is the way it is going to be. There is no concern whether we are healthy or not, because bottom line we really are.
