what helps relieves cramp and nausea?

Question:

Answers:
Depends what's causing the nausea and cramps. Ginger is always a good choice for nausea. You can find ginger tea, ginger caplets, or ginger ale (but you have to get the real kind with actual ginger- Schwepp's won't do it). If you mean menstrual cramps, try to find crampbark tincture. It's great. For stomach cramps, the main thing you can do is let your stomach rest as much as possible. Eat, but eat a bland diet. You might also try raspberry leaf tea (not the flavored kind- actual raspberry leaf tea). It is an astringent that helps with stomach issues, but it also tones your uterus, so it's good for both kinds of cramps.

midol

pepto bismol

Hey. I take midol. It works for me.. I eat yogurt and eat more veggies and fruits. Then I take hot showers or warm baths with my favorite oil before I go to bed for relaxation.

you can get a hot-pad and take some midol/pamprin, exercise moderatly

If this is due to your period then you should talk to your OB/GYN. There are several remedies for cramping but I don't know of any that take care of nausea as well unless you took Pepto Bismol as well along with something for menstrual cramps (Midol, Aleve, etc.) Hope ya feel better!

oil of primrose has been used for years.

i use midol and papmrin (all day) and it eally it works.i like to use it. and take hot or warm baths cause it controls the blood.
