I hate to say this and I don't mean to scare but those are some of the symptoms of a heart problem. I am a victim of one massive heart attack and before it happened I thought I was superman and a thing like that will not happen to me, but it did I play badminton competitively and go to the gym 3times a week but I also smoke and eat fatty food ad salty ones. So my advice to you is to have a doctor check you up thoroughly and I mean, let no stone left unturned.
