i was at one time your dr will know what is best for u so talk to him but i do know off ppls who got on brith control and got normal periods and got off then got pg so u have to be careful i you dont wanna get pg but if u do talk it over with your dr

I take it for the same reason. I wish certain people would understand that and remember. My step-mom thought I was pregnant, and I think it was because I haven't had a peroid in about four months, and then it turned that I had an infection, but I hadn't been on BC pills because I have to mail order them now. I think mine is Nexcor or something like that. I also used to take seasonal which is the one that gives you a period once every three months. Hope this helps.

yea i have taken BC pills to bring on my period. There are many different brands out there, im a pharmacy tech and i think that you should speak to your gyn to find out what kind is right for you. Not all birth control pills are right for everyone. Good luck.
