do nose piercings hurt?

i wanna get my nose done, i want one like kelly clarksons her's is cute, but i wanna knoe if anyone out their have one? and do they hurt?

Answers:
the initial piercing of the nostril does not hurt. What stings a little is when they put the jewelry in..it twists around and the nerves in your nose run up by your eyes so it make your eyes water.

not too bad if u do it urself it will hurt but i would reccomend getting it done professionally it will be quicker and less painful.i did it myself and it took me a 1/2 hour because the last layer was hard to get thru but it looks hot though so my pain was worth it!

if earrings hurt then nose piercings do hurt as well personally i wuldnt try to get one done its kinda like getting ur belly button pireced or ur tongue pierced
