what rises in serum when inflammation occurs?

Answers:
I have tried to type
http://products.sanofi-aventis.us/ambien/ambien.html Going through this link, you will see that there are not any known contraindications for the use of this medicine signed in the medication's leaflet. Going under "indications and usage" you will see that it is recommended to use it for 1 month or less and then visit your doctor and refer to him the progress. It is a POM(PRESCRIPTION ONLY MEDICINE); so even if you want to take it for more time you have to visit your doctor to presctibe that to you again.
Why don't you ask him personally,if you feel that you need to continue?
I hope that I understood what you was asking and I was of some help.

what is the best vitamin for hair and skin?

There is always a chance you could get hooked on it. I wouldn't take it more than once a week if you plan on taking it for many months or perhaps a year or more.

uti or infection?

In my own personal experience, Ambien only let me sleep about 5 to 5 1/2 hours. Long-term use can cause addiction and may become less effective, causing you to need more to maintain a normal sleep pattern.

If you are looking to take something long term, there is a newer sleep agent called Lunesta. It has less addictive qualities.
