First of all you should eat as healthy as possible.Try eating alot of protein like chicken,tuna,beef and eat potatos,rice and drink lots of milk(a lot).You can also find a protein called casein it is slow digesting in Muscle milk at GNC you should drink it before you go to sleep.And if you do this and workout you should gain weight in no time.Oh and if you smoke that will keep you thin so stop buddy.Eat every three hours if possible..good luck let me know how it goes
