Answers:
maybe you need to eat things that fill you up quickly. instead of a bag of chips, eat a banana. also, a lot of overweight ppl have a problem identifying just how hungry they are. if they feel the slightest twinge of hunger, they get something to eat. when you are hungry, stop and question yourself - on a scale of 1 to 5, how hungry am i (1 is not really hungry, 5 is very hungry)? if it is 1, then drink some water. if it is 3. eat a few crackers or fruit. if it is 5, eat a small meal. also, inactivity causes more hunger. if you go out and keep yourself busy in some activity, then you might forget about eating.

Other Answers:
I think you just answered your own question there pal.

you have to let your stomach (inside) contract. it will stretch & shrink in size depending on diet. eat small portions for a month & youll see.

you have a very fast metabolism. google that!

Are you drinking enough water when you eat? When you start to get hungry drink 2 full (around 14 oz each) glasses of water. You will probably not be able to continuously eat because more than likely you're not really hungry when you feel that way, but instead you're thirsty. Your body thinks it's hungry when it's actually dehydrated. Try it for a week. You should also cut down on the carbs and sugar. Eating those makes you feel hungry all the time.

You could have Prader-Willi syndrome, but probably you just don't know how to recognize when you are full due to chronic over-eating. There is NO NEED to eat until you feel full. I rarely feel full but I stop eating when I've consumed a pre-determined amount of food. It's called will-power.
