Weigh yourself and plot your starting weight.
On the day one month from today, plot a weight that is 5 pounds less than your weight today.
Draw a line between the two points.
Weigh yourself every day. Any day your weight is above the line, eat less and exercise more.
The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, after you wee-wee and before you eat.
