Throwing up is always a little cause for concern, but a wet cold nose isn't. What is important is how the vomit looked. Dogs often eat grass when something doesn't agree with their digestive systems specifically to throw up whatever is upsetting their systems.
If there was grass particles in the vomit combined with food or treat particles, I wouldn't be too worried. Sometimes they simply don't chew their food thoroughly and it is too big for their stomachs to digest. If it was a slimy, yellowish vomit, that is stomach acid which they often overproduce and throw up the excess. BUT, if the vomit looked like coffee grounds, had blood in it or mucus, that is cause for concern and the dog should be seen by a vet. Your pet may have swallowed or attempted to eat something it shouldn't and they can X-Ray to determine what is in there.

Her nose being cold and wet is a good thing I have always heard. You may need to worry if it is warm and dry.If there was no blood in the vomit and she is acting better today, i think she is okay but I am not a vet.

A dog's nose is supposed to be wet and cold so that part is normal. If she carries on throwing up and you're still worried then take her to a vet.a healthy dog has a cold wet (but not running) nose.
If she is sick again today take her to the vets. But on one day don't be too worried about it - anmials sometimes are sick, she may have eaten something that disagreed with her that she found somewhere. Or maybe she got too hot & ran arround too much.
If her nose is running then take her to the vet.

Also I know that my dog ate a clump of grass once and threw up afterwards. Wait a day or two and see if she is feeling better. If she is still vomiting, take her to a vet. But if not then it was probably just a temporary thing and she will be fine.
