How can i gain weight?

what is the daily life of a doctor?

Answers:
All these people saying to eat junk food and fast food can blow it out their a$$. Gaining weight is no different than losing weight. You need a healthy diet and exercise. The only difference is that you want your calorie intake to be slightly more than the calories you burn. Try to make most of those calories come from proteins. Also, your execise program should consist of heavy weight lifting. That, combined with the proper diet will cause you to gain weight with lean muscle instead of fat. Not only is this 1000 times healthier than the "junk food and fast food" answers these buttheads gave you, you will look 1000 times better!

Does Tonalin really work?

Eat a balanced diet with less than 30% of calories from fat, but eat more of it. It is also important to do strength training so that you will build muscle. Find out what your bodyfat percentage is. If it is less than 16% you can probably eat whatever you need to gain weight. But usually even underweight people tend to have a high percentage of fat. I was actually underweight with a low percentage of bodyfat (<10%). I was able to gain 20 lbs in about 2 months by strength training and eating constantly. I would keep a one pound bag of peanut M&Ms in my desk and chow on those whenever I was hungry. Be careful not to let your bodyfat percentage get above 18%. You can use calipers or a bodyfat measuring scale to determine your bodyfat %. Good luck.
