what is usual dose of the drug kenalog i.m.?

Kenalog is used to treat inflammation so unless you have extreme inflammation it isn't used to treat "allergies" but the usual does is 1 ml.
I am Anaemic, iron tablets doesnt seem to help.Any suggestion plz?
