How many miles per day should i walk to lose weight?


I walk about 2.5 miles, 4mph everyday. I want to lose 10 lbs. Is it enough? Do i need to walk a bit more?

Should lip gloss be allowed in SLPS.?

walking can't lose you weight, that only keeps you healthy with 20 minutes per day, proper diet and exercises are better ideas

I think if you increase maybe 1/2 mile and pick up the pace by abit you should be able to get more off. Also if you use ankle and hand weights that helps.
