The only way to firm up muscle is through exercise. The only way to firm up skin is with nutrients that feed your collagen and elastin. Do this with lotions that contain Vitamin C, copper, MSM, caffeine, lysine. It's hard to find one that contains all so I usually mix my own.

Resistance training worked really good for me to tone up! Doesn't it amaze you when you ask a question about toning or a trouble spot people all the sudden assume your fat. Very few skinny people have no trouble area's.. But yeah, try resistance. It works wonders!

regular exercise will prevent it. do push ups and the pull ups.
