I used to have that too. It is not lazy eye. Lazy eye is where one eye's focus wanders either in or out without you controlling it. Most likely it is a muscular. It is a weakness in one eye so it can be corrected using exercises. I would recommend getting off the computer every now and then. I also did focus exercises with moving a pen slowly in and out and covering one eye or the other. Check out the website I have sourced it seemed like a good one to me.
