what kind of headache and where is it?
from allergies to pollen? press your palms with lots of pressure on your temples; press for 3 seconds , release for 3 seconds, do 3 times. press on the area between the eyebrows and eyes with fingertips for 3 seconds, pull eyebrows outward for 3 seconds (takes 3 seconds to drag fingertips from inside to outside), do this 3 times. next area is beside your nose and under the eye by the bridge of the nose. press hard for 3 seconds, release for 3 seconds, do 3 times.
get a tissue because you will probably start snotting pretty quickly. blow and you are good to go for a few hours at least. these are your sinus areas, so any time you feel a sinus headache coming on do this and it will stop immediately. when pollen is around do it , too, if you are allergic to pollen. also, no chammomile. they are cousins and it will give you the same affects as pollen. most people are not aware of this.
this is the most common time of year for headaches. more headache medicine is sold this time of year than the rest of the year put together.

I heard if you rub a lime on your head it can ease pain if it is in the front of your head.
Could be just an old wives tale but we have a pressure point between our thumb and forefinger the web space between them if you squeeze that it works. Maybe because you forget about the head pain because of the hand pain but it works for me.
You can put light pressure on the bridge of your nose, or have someone else massage your temples.
Place a cool, wet washcloth on your forehead.
Crush the pill and put a little sugar on it, and eat with a bite of food. Drink water.
Also go in a darkened room, and lie down. No loud music or noise.

Sleep is the best thing next to tablets.

Getting angry is one of the causes for headache, without any physical ailment. Excitement too causes headache. The best way is to divert your attention to the work you like the most or close your eyes, dont talk, dont listen to anything that causes anguish. Bend your head down, parallel to the heart, or even much lower, to allow blood to circulate. Dont massage on the sides of the forehead, it will aggrevate headache. Put out extra light/stop extra air from the windows or fan. Adjust the Airconditioner to suit your requirement. Gone is the headache.

go 2 quiet place, lie down & listen 2 quiet music. that way is supposed 2 supress any bad feeling and pain..
other way is to find anything that can make u forget bout' ur pain, or at least for a while( do ur hobby)..
