sciatica pain only when sleeping?
Question:
Answers:
Sciatica pain when doing anything should signal a trip to the chiropractor. A really good one I've heard of is Dr. David W. Darrow. His practice is called Darrow Total Care. To learn more about Dr. Darrow, just go to his website:

To make an appointment with him, just call his office at

Thats not very unusual. Your sleeping in a wrong postion
perhaps or your bed is to soft. Try laying on your side
with the opposite leg bent up with a pillow between your knees This should promote a straight spinal position. If your bed is old & lumpy laying on your back would cause pain by morning.
Never sleep on your stomach. thats the worst for your back!
