After ovulation (which you can only determine by charting your basal body temperature and using ovulation predictors tests) you can find out if you are pregnant as early as 8 days past ovulation. However the normal range is 10-16 days past ovulation which would be around the time your period should come. A blood pregnancy test can show positive at around 10-12 days past ovulation.
